Did smoked Meat Loaf for the first time today. The first of many I think. It was delicious!!!
Its mostly beef with a little ground sausage thrown in the mix. Smoked at 225F until it hit 160F internal. It has a nice smokey flavour and was very juicy.
Go to Food Network .com and search Tyler Florence Dads favorite meat loaf or something along that line. It's been my go to meat loaf recipe for years. He makes a tomato relish that goes in it and on top for the glaze. along with strips of bacon on top. It's off the hook and a perfect smoker recipe as the relish really keeps everything very moist no chance of drying it out.

Nice looking meat loaf! I bet it was good! If you haven’t tried making Donair on the smoker yet you should! It’s awesome. I have a good recipie if you want to try it
