Great write up! I am fired up to do one this weekend. I have done a couple TT's and really liked them, now I want to try your dry rub and baste. One question though, how are you getting the dry rub to stick? Especially curious as I have not had much luck getting rosemary bits to stick, much less with mopping multiple times. Thanks!
