    Gonna run approx. 250 with Peach Wood, B & B, and SnS.

    Really startin' to hate the Swedes. They got the looks, the brains, and NOW they somehow have found the purest form of Llama Extract in the world!

      I googled llama extract and all I got back were swedish porn sites!

        Waiting on cheese, I think. Took it to 209.9 (shooting for 210, woke up at 209.9), then I turned down the oven to 170 and held/slept for about 5 hours.

            That chuck roast looks GOOD! Great to hear you like the flavor. I will ship a box to the US next week, so hopefully it will be available on Amazon.com soon. Even translated the text on the labels 'n all :-)
