Hello all, picked up a 14lb brisket from Costco. Made some outstanding better than Katz pastrami following Sir Meatheads recipe. Used the flat have point left. Looking for a good taco recipe. I know I should have used the point. Am still learning. Any help would be appreciated.

Really just whatever brisket flavor you like would work for some yummy brisket tacos, but if you can find some green chile or Anaheim Chile’s, roast them up, peel the outer layer and then chop up. Take the brisket and chop that up and then mix the chile and brisket together on a cast iron or flat top. Then take a good corn tortilla and warm it a bit on the flat top, add some cheese to melt then add the brisket chile mixture and fold.
This is how ive done them in the past. Man they are good eats! hopefully that gives you an idea to start.
