Making some Carna asada for work lunch tomorrow. Marinated 24 hours. Being the flank steak needs hot and fast figures would be a good job for the vortex, this also helps keeping the thin end away from the direct heat. Everything worked like a charm even tho the pics shows looked on the thin side one guy wont eat it if it is red. First time cooking came out great would add a couple more peppers to the mix tho
