It throws a purty good beam, though focused more tightly than I envisioned.
Cooker heated up, time to throw Chuckie on...

Usually I git em from HV, wanted to try a different brand, etc., change things up...


Morton Sea Salt, Fresh-Ground Black Pepper, Penzey's Granulated Garlic. Light additional dustin of HV Montreal Steak Seasonin.



Bed of 1 chimley KBB, dumped an additional lit chimley on top, then started addin Hickory...


Small water pan was used on th cookin grate, though shown empty here...I refilled it after bout ~4 hrs.
