They came out quite juicy and tender! Smoked on my Primo XL at 255 for about 4 1/2 hours, maybe 5 (need to keep better records). Didn't open the lid until the very end. As some suggested, back ribs don't have that much meat. They cut the bones off a a rib roast and that leaves you just the meat between each bone. Next time it will be short ribs.
