The family and I went to NYC for a short getaway. We went to Brookfield Place for lunch where they have a Mighty Quinn's. While the brisket that they were slicing looked awesome, I had to have the brontosaurus rib. They get a three bone section, remove the center bone, cut it in half, and ask which half I would like. I also got an order of dirty fries which has burnt ends mixed with the fries. The rib was moist and fall apart tender. The only thing that would have made it better would have been some BBBR!
