Beef Ribs on the Big Green Egg. I put them on around noon PM and left to go to a hockey game. There were ready around 9:00PM. One of easiest things to make on the egg just takes time.
I dry brined them the night before, then I rubbed in amazing ribs triple C rub before putting on the egg. I smoked them @ 225, last hour and a half I cranked it up to 275 cause I wanted to eat! I took off when internal temp hits 203F.
We really liked it, its spicy though!
