    Thanks for the compliments from the pit! Most appreciative. I can say I won't do it every weekend though. That was a 3 bone rack that I bought from a butcher shop. Granted they were big at 11lbs total, and 1 was easily more than you could eat, but I payed $80.00 total! cheers!
