Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks. I have a 48" Lang Deluxe smoker, Rec-Tec pellet smoker,1 Weber Genesis 330, 1 Weber Performer (blue), 2 Weber kettles (1 black and 1 Copper), 1 26" Weber kettle, a WSM, 8 Maverick Redi Chek thermometers, a PartyQ, 2 SnS, Grill Grates, Cast Iron grates, 1 ThermoPop (orange) and 2 ThermoPens (pink and orange) and planning on adding more cooking accessories. Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.

JCBBQ and 6th Borough BBQ We gotta hook up in May when I come that way to pick up my Reaper plants.
Or maybe get together before for some BBQ at a place near us. Somewhere in the middle. 👍👍

JCBBQ I got them at shoprite. They have a small section of Pat LaFrieda meats and they were on sale for 40% off as the sell-by date was approaching. Great deal!
-
6th Borough BBQ you are kidding me! ShopRite?? Dang I never go in there bc it’s always so crowded. I will have to revisit that strategy. Great find!

That was my first time using them!

I love those. Especially, for the KBQ, to add logs or move stuff around int he firebox. Also nice if you need to add something to the fire as well. For steaks, I use the pig tail. It has a really long handle and you can flip a ton of steaks, quickly. https://www.amazon.com/Jaccard-Origi...words=Pig+tail
