    Sorry folks but due to very hungry guest and maybe one to many Eagle Rare and Blanton's bourbon I forgot the to take a pic of the finished product. I know, it didn't happen. Right? What I can tell you is that both rib roasts lasted less than 10 mins according to my wife. But anyways...Cheers! and I hope everyone had a great Christmas.

    Well, we all got our reality adjustments to bear. I'm in the same boat. Wife likes it "done". I like it almost "on the hoof".

    Well Steve B I will have two groups of people over for dinner. There will be the well-done folks and the medium rare folks.The wife will be one of the well-done folks.
