i haven’t posted any cooks yet. I thought I’d post my cook today. I’m doing a couple of chuckies today rubbed with a chili lime rub (St. James rub, a local St. Louis company) with a little added pepper and garlic. I’m using my fireboard with drive fan controller for the second time. So far I’m pretty happy with how well this thing works. Here is a link to my cook if anyone is interested.
