What to do on a dreary Sunday afternoon 🤔. Well a Prime Rib of course.

Sooo my local Fairway just happened to put "Prime" Prime Rib on sale this weekend. $14.99 lb. $10.00 off their regular price. Well I sure as heck can’t pass that up.

And away we go. And to boot I had a 10% off coupon.

I would have been tempted to steak it out, unless its Christmas. Kudos on showing restraint. Looks FANTASTIC. Is that Cow Crust on it?

I used cow crust on a chuck a while back, put her on the spit and cooked to medium rare. cut her across the grain with my delli slicer, and made some KILLER sammiches. Roast, with probalone, grilled peppers & onions, all on a toasted onion hoagie bun with two fried eggs on top (toasted the cheese to the bun too)...

That looks fantastic! One of the best surprises when I started smoking and grilling was learning about prime rib on the grill. Speaking of the rib, what did you do with them after you trimmed?
