ID:	388978 Got a good deal on a nicely marbled CAB t-bone. Brought it home yesterday and salted it.

Today I set the Weber up with the Slow and Sear and got it running about 240. It took about 55 minutes to get to 112.

Took the steak off and let it sit for about 10 minutes while I stoked the coals to get them white hot.

Seared 1 minute, flipped, 1 minute, flipped, 1 minute, flipped and then 1 last minute.

    Yum!

That looks at least as good as anything you could get in a restaurant.

Only put a bit of cracked pepper on it. When I eat a good steak I only put salt and pepper on it.

I Have the same issues with Candice. She comes from a culture of putting things in the microwave to ensure they're safe.
