      Yes about 10 hours. Longer than last week due to the 2 large chuckies being added. Lots of leftovers today despite our efforts to eat it all! Another PBC successful cook.

              I have a severe weakness in that I totally forget to take pictures when I start to carve a brisket. Prognosis is Meat Insanity.
              I have leftovers of course but the meat is cold and well you know it's just not the same.
