I'l throw in my .02 here too...
I'm a reverse sear guy for great steaks... even not so great steaks. I just find them to be much juicier.. You might want to wear goggles when you first cut into it ;-)
I think the process has been around for a LONG time though... couple of decades probably.
I'll give you 20 cents (not just 2) for that "vote of confidence", but will "gladly pay you back on Tuesday" for that hamburger if you're old enough to recognize that expression. Thanks!!
