        I've sooooo been waiting for your "meal" post, martybartram . It was worth the wait. What a beautiful result. Congratulations! I'd be in heaven if I could shop all afternoon and have my husband serve me a meal like that after such a long hard day.

        Good choice for 130°F in your sous vide bath. It's the minimum safest sous vide temp, according to food safety/sous vide expert Douglas Baldwin.
