    Finally, after probably over year, dragged these out of the freezer. Been there so long, don't even remember where I got them.
    Australian Wagyu Boneless Short Ribs
    Franklin's Rib Rub
    Pit Temp 250
    Meat Set Temp 195
    Removed: 200
    Start Time 1:15 PM
    Done: 6:00 PM
    Nice and jiggly
    Sliced them pencil width (brisket style)
