Did my first brisket on the new Traeger last night. Had a thunderstorm roll in at about 6 am and messed with the temps on the pit. Had it going at 180 setting up until then. I didn't panic just wrapped her in foil and turned the heat up. Turned out nice, not bad for the first one. I definitely learned a few lessons on it. They're just going to get better.
