    Smoke started at 6 am.. last bone licked at 4 pm... Time to marinate the chef.

      As a general rule, it will take much more marinade than initially anticipated, to thoroughly marinade th' Chef!
      Be certain to have ample reserves on hand, lest ya' experience 'marinadus interruptus', which can be an extremely ugly kinda deal!
