      5 hours in. Pit holding pretty good in this windy mess. Ribs are looking FANTASTIC! I know Wagyu cooks a bit faster, and it's starting to feel dang dang tender! The only real issue is not bring a fork out every time I go check it.

        Finally putting this thread to bed! The dang dang ribs were mind blowingly over the top good! Snake River Farms will see my business again for sure. The only problem is my eyes. They picked out WAYYYYY more than I can chew. Thanks for watching!
