    Pulled chuckie at 209 IT. Amazing not meteorites but tender and moist and beefy and delicious. Sauce a nice sweet and spicy sticky char.

    And scored this fat choice Bone in ribeye for $4.99/lb.

    took on the bone plate off and cut 3 very substantial beef ribs. All that dry brine until tomorrow.

    Then ill figger out what to do w the roast. As is or beast ribeyes reverse seared? 35 buck?

    Walmart pickup this morning. Dry brine, then bbbr, 230 for 4 hrs. Just sauced them w homemade sauce. Molasses sriracha mustard acv cumin Worcestershire. IT 180 now.
