      So here they are at 6hrs. 145F Internal temp so far, Avg. temp on Kettle is 240F. Using B&B charcoal briquettes with Red Oak

          I'm gonna wait till it's all over and Ive tasted the results, but leaning more towards the Kettle.

        Sorry it took so long to put these up, but had to enjoy the Q!! Turned out very good. I really, really like the B&B
        briquettes. Keep steady temps all day and did not have to reload. Also, they do not produce the acrid smell that KBB
        does.
