        tbob4 Ya' know as much as I know. I pulled offa chunk, from th' skinny, isolated part pictured in pic #3, above. wrapped th' rest in foil, into th' icebox it went. Ate th' chunks, in th' name of science. Damn good! Th' main part, I ain't seen; oughtta be even better. Soon we'll all know. ;-)

                  Anticipation, plain an' simple...

                  Mos' likely try some this weekend. When I can relax, enjoy, savor, etc.

                  You would most likely not believe th story o' how it got to the pics above; it was a convoluted cook born of necessity. A brisket also traveled th' same path... Both are currently resting in th' icebox, unmolested!

                  I look at it as re-defining th' limits of a tool or technique I've used before, but much farther than I've ever done. Yet, it worked.

                      Divvied th' chuckie up some after I het it up t' 170° in th' oven t'night... (Still double foil wrapped)
                      Ate some dang divine beef. Best I've ever smoked, so far...
                      Ain't pullin' til this weekend, but couldn't stand th' suspense, plus y'all want pics t' prove it happened lol!
