    First Prime Rib on a PBC

    I used my PBC to do a prime rib today and it turned out great. Thank you to all who contribute here for making today's cook a success.

        Sorry it took so long to post pictures. I used Mrs O'Leary's Cow Crust on a 4-bone prime rib. I cooked to 120 degrees internal, then pulled and rested for an hour. Internal temp check with Thermapen (can't cook without it), done on PBC, cook time two hours fifteen minutes.
