The Costco Holiday Gift Guide arrived yesterday and they have a 12 lb Wagyu Boneless Ribeye Roast, (A-5 grade) on sale for the amazingly low price, ($300 off), of $899.99.

Sams had a choice ribeye roast for $15.15 per lb today. it weighed in at 7.91 pounds all for $120.00
My bride passed on that one but got a nice looking rolled up sirloin tip roast, 4.5 lbs at 5.75/lbs for $25.54.
Now all I gotta due is figure how to smoke it in my new Lang.
