I cooked 2 of the 4 steaks last evening. After taking in all the excellent advice I got here, I cooked them like steaks using reverse sear. I used my favorite steak rub, "Savory Spice Limnos Lamb Rub," and the Tri Tips were delicious. Tri Tip really is a tasty cut of beef. I am going to slice up the other 2 cuts and marinate them to make bulgogi. My bulgogi recipe, which I got from a friend from northern California, calls for sliced Tri Tip.
