    4lbs of brisket flat trimmed and sliced. High Mountain kit at academy has original, Cajun, black pepper garlic, hickory, and mesquite. Doing 1/2 lb of each except for original doing 1 lb of that.

        No, I used my Kamado. But I would think the KBQ would be killer. I think next time I will try it. smokinfatties

      It turned out with great flavor but was tough as shoe leather. Forgot to tenderize it.
