    Stripped brisket point

My beloved other half cut all the bark off the point of my very first brisket. She said it was too spicy. I wanted to make burnt ends with it. She was gonna throw it away but i rescued it. What does one do with a container full of point bark? AAAARGH!!!!!

Your Honor, she maliciously stripped my point without remorse.

I know what to do, I'll smoke another one to show her who wears the apron in this family!!! Um...uh..hmmm.

Excellent suggestions to utilize the bark.

        My suggestion?

Smile sweetly at your loved one, and install a keylock on the knife drawer. A good one.

Mr. Bones I have a batch of new knives incoming from Amazon. They're going in the gun safe.
