    First steaks on the SnS+

    I did a couple of bone-in rib eyes on the kettle tonight with the SnS. I couldn't quite get it dialed in to 225 for the indirect, but got a nice scorching sear going at the end...

    Just dry brined the meat an hour or so before cooking and then some freshly ground pepper before they went in the grill. They melted on the tongue like butter!

              Nice steaks! Did you use the SnS steak instructions? Just curious if you knew they had a steak page.
