    A feast!

    Standing rib roast from RR Ranch! I did it with the bone tied, and then removed the bone to sear.

    The sides: Caprese roasted peppers, potato salad, and Caprese tomatoes. I also did sugar snap peas and sweet corn.

        Before anyone says anything about the temperature of the roast: all 6 of my guests wanted "medium" I was the the only "medium rare". That is done at 225* to 125, carryover was to 132, and seared to 140*. Final temp was 145*. And of course, we have the "Beggar's Banquet" photo!

                  Great cook Mosca . I'm with Huskee on that Caprese salad, Mmmm. That thing is beautiful.👍 Lots of laughter.😆 Like Meathead says, it's who's in the seats, more than what's on the table. I bet your wife had a great time. Great cook man!
