I injected with the dribblins in the pan under the fat Looked like a nice medium rare when I stuck it in the low end Masterbuilt uninsulated anagloge thermostat controled "electric smoker". I'm hitting the rack. Update in 8 or 9 hours or when ever I feel like getting up

Me and this dam electric smoker aint getting along. I cant get it to 300. I gave up on it and put it in the oven with a little water and a fresh coat of hot wing sauce. 20 hrs into the cook and I cant get the IT above 150. This is either gonna be really good or really bad.
