    Crazy beautiful brisket and I like your copper kettle too. I have a great family but I've never received meat gifts. Maybe I need to leave them a wish list?

    How long and what temp? For the last couple of weeks I've been looking for a brisket to do on my Open Range. No luck on finding a decent looking one. Been to 3 different Costco's but none had any Prime briskets. After doing ribs and a pork shoulder, your results on the brisket are exactly what I would expect from the Open Range. It's a great little cooker! Great job you did there!

    My first brisket on The Good-One....

    ...came out fantastic. Wife and youngin' gave me a Lobels USDA Prime brisket flat....it came out awesome. I applied the rub the night before and man did it get into the meat!
