I can tell there is a little more banging around in there with the "syrupy" coating. Be stretching it if I said I could taste the Allspice. Not sure I could pick it up if I didn't know it was there.
We have two weber kettle grills (one LARGE and one small/average), the SnS and the Weber Smokey Mountain 18" smoker. We use both natural lump charcoal and KNB for smoking and measure our temps with a Maverick 733, thermopen and MK4. Favorite beer depends on what is cooking (alt answer is yes).
Yeah, it really does best with bread and maybe lettuce, maybe a little mayo, it brings a lot to the party. I have the point vacuum sealed and in the freezer.
