Running a 22" weber kettle with SnS, PartyQ, Mavrick ET-73
Grocer cut thus packer in half suggesting the flat, i asked for the other half with flat and point. Idk what grade of beef. Ran it to 150 in approx 5 hrs, crutched it to 203 in about 6.25 hrs. I was very pleased with the flavor and tenderness. I sliced this I rwached both muscles then split it. I coulda have trimmed some fat from thw point but it was awesome.
