So I have the beef ribs for last Christmas' roast I found in the freezer. They look good so I am going to smoke them tomorrow. I have about 8-9 bones worth. I was going to grab some short ribs today to finish filling the BGE, but my butcher shop is all out and none were delivered today..
Any suggestions to fill my third shelf in my Egg since it'll be running all day?
Thanks!!! I just realized that after I put them on. The back ribs will be done in 5 hours or so. Oops. I should've read the whole recipe. I have fat short ribs and the back ribs and everything went on at 10 am. I should've lagged the back ribs to 12 noon. Oh well...it's just me and my family tonight so it'll be fine.
