My butcher sliced up a ribeye he had been aging for 9 weeks now and I decided to go for it.
Since I'm on a student budget, I only bought a kg of meat and invited a few friends over to do a Meat/Wine/Cheese tasting. I also got some fresh coals and am going to be doing a barbie (just hoping the "ete des indiens" stays for one more day). Meet my two new friends:
Green Mountain Davy Crockett pellet grill/smoker
Weber Summit Gas grill
Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker
Maverick ET-733
Thermapen
ThemoPop thermometer
Favorite beer: Fuller's ESB
Favorite cheap beer: Old Chub or Robert the Bruce if they are ever on sale.
Favorite wine: Cabernet Savignon, some Super Tuscans
Superskierpat, It is a shame to burn some thing that Looks That Good, You should Frame Them and Hang Them on The Wall! ðŸ‘ÂðŸ‘ÂðŸ‘ÂðŸ‘Â👠Dan
I agree with Danjohnston949, they look too good to cook. Put them in a shadow box and hang them on a wall. Beautiful cuts of meat, kudos to your butcher!
