Spinaker 50 days from purchase date or kill date? Last Brisket i purchased from Costco was labeled with a package date of the day I purchased but when I asked for the kill date from the case it was 13 days prior.

I haven't ever used those. No reason other than I always use Oakridge BBQ "Black Ops". I would highly recommend that rub. Its amazing and build up some serious bark for ya.

Looks great, what rub did you use?

I am also doing a Briz tonight as well. Cant wait, its been aging in my fridge for about 50 days. That baby was a bit ripe when I opened the Cryo but it should smoke up really nice.
