    Fourth one went into the fridge for later. Was supposed to have it for breakfast the next day but somehow was conveniently replaced by bacon instead. 😆

    Took them up to 120-125. Pulled them off and rested the for about 15 min then 30 seconds on a screaming hot grill. Then rest again for 10 min.
