    Got Brisket?

    I was at Wally World today and found me a 14 lb choice brisket for $2.96 per lb. I couldn't past it up so it's in the freezer for a later cook. Click image for larger version Name: DSC_0046.1.jpg Views: 55 Size: 73.6 KB ID: 111019

            Nice.

            The brisket bin was full of Choice at wal-mart this morning at 0430. Figures, when I needed Choice the last couple weeks, NOT ONE TO BE FOUND.

            Ours are $2.34/lb right now, down from $2.48. They had one 10 pound beauty, but alas I was off to work.

                Me too. Hard to imagine him consuming any other brand of protein. "From Hot Dogs to Hot Briskets, SRF's, it's whats for dinner!!!"
