Actually as a side note I am going to do brisket tacos in my Taco Chronicle Series here at some point. Waiting to score a big juicy wagyu packer from HEB.

BourBonQ Actually I just got done cooking and preparing my tacos over the weekend. I decided to do a dry-aged SVQ select brisk to double as my protein for a couple of recipes. You should see them sometime this week.

The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

The Good-One Open Range is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.
