Put me down for two bones, and you can keep the sides.

My wife and I will likely just do steaks for ourselves. I’m likely mid summer for getting my vaccine.

Meathead concurs with the smart folks above in his prime rib recipe, 1 bone (~2lb) for 2 people.

At my old job, we informed guests 1 bone feeds 2-3 people.

I generally go by 1 bone for every 2 adults when sizing my roasts for gatherings. Makes it easier when I have to buy multiple smaller roasts.

I'm being optimistic maybe but I'm planning Easter family get together. I want to do bone in prime rib. About how many adults can I feed per pound. We'll be having sides also. Thanks in advance.
