Hi all,
First post in "The Pit"... tend to read more than contribute as I am somewhat of a novice.
I recently made a batch of Meatheads Chocolate Chile Barbecue Sauce, and was able to try it out last night on a couple racks of side ribs.
Followed the recipe to the letter (only I used Fry's Cocoa powder) and simply salted the ribs ahead of time and omitted any rub - OMG... Absolutely fantastic! Both my wife and step-daughter loved them as well.
The only thing that I might try next time will be to slightly increase the amount of Chipotle powder for a touch more heat, but this would only be a minor tweak to taste as the sauce, as is, is great.
Enjoyed so much, I felt compelled to share and say "Thanks" to Meathead for the awesome recipe!
Kind regards,
Charles
