I rarely post but I greatly enjoy the knowledge I have gained on this site and the camaraderie that I see.
I was doing Meatheads smoked tomato raisins today since there is no place to put the all the cherry tomatoes coming from the garden.
I had a (rare) original thought and decided to use my Allen keys to size the openings on the Kettle- no pencils for me!
I know the old pros here will think this somewhat insane (because it is, a little) but here it is.
Nerds gotta nerd, you know.
I will NOT be plotting temperature curves at different opening sizes!
