Folks - smoking a whole turkey which will be done about 4 hours in advance of eating. I don't want to lose moisture....although I am sure I'll lose crispiness. So my question is what do you folks recommend to keep the turkey as moist as possible for that long? Thanks.

Foil and Cambro. You will lose the skin texture but the moisture will be good. Put cooked turkey it in a large pan, cover with foil. Prep ice chest - put hot water in an ice chest, cover and release the water just before putting the covered turkey in the ice chest. Put a towel in really hot water, wring it out and put over the foil before closing the lid on the ice chest.
