    Estimated hopefully not regretting it.

    Hello all. I work nights and I made the Maple Bacon recipe today in between shifts. I was in a hurry and went against better judgement, my pork bellies were 5-6lbs, I halved them and followed the recipe for the 3lb belly even though I might have been under weight a little, nothing major. Is this something I need to worry about, or will it be alright? TIA

    Welcome from the Republic of Texas!! Sounds like you should be ok with your bacon, not knowing the exact weights and measures used.
