One of the benefits of having a number of barbecue smokers is all the great food that can be prepared on them.
Attached are ribs and chicken cooking on my Lang smoker that was Saturday night's dinner, and turkey cooked on the Pit Barrel smoker for tonight's dinner. Note that the cook couldn't wait to sample the turkey.
For Christmas dinner we are barbecuing a suckling pig on the Lang smoker for 16 friends and family.
