I’m visiting my in-laws in NZ for a few weeks. A bunch of neighbors are having a Xmas bbq. The host made a smoked side of salmon with tea tree wood. It was excellent. Lots of other slabs of meat and people who thought I had a weird accident. All in all lots of fun. Food bringing together people.

The salmon looks amazing, must've been fun visiting folks so far away! NZ is definitely on my bucket list.
