        I measure spices, never pour. I do not, however, weigh my spices, that's a bit too nit picky for me.

        So, when trying a recipe for the first time, I will measure. Then probably measure or maybe just eyeball it the next time if I don't intend to really change anything.

              I don't bake, so don't measure exact. I do half measure and half not measure when cooking. Generally, if making a large batch of something, I don't think measurements have to be exact. I can pretty much eyeball a couple teaspoons, or tablespoons, etc... Not gonna measure garlic, or onion, or black pepper, etc... exact.

                I never measure. I can never recreate any of my recipes because of this. Sometimes it bites me in the rear end. Other times I just continue to improve. It drives the girlfriend crazy so that makes it fun too.

                  Depends on the recipe and how many times I have made it. Once I am happy with a recipe, I just pour, but there are still a few recipes that I measure.
